TESTING :Every Sealed Tank or Vessel manufactured at Production Tanks Oilfield Tank Company Inc. is tested by our computerized 30,000 gallon hydro-test station. Our inspection process consists of the following:
1. Every weld is inspected visually on the inside and outside of the tank before water is applied.
2. The tank is filled with water.
3. Air is applied to 5-6 PSI and maintained for 4 Hours.
4. Every Weld is inspected visually by 2 inspectors for leaks.
5. Discrepancies, if found, are fixed and then the process is repeated.
